ARRESTED AGAIN

Amanda Bynes, the former child star of Nickelodeon's "The Amanda Show" and various Hollywood movies has been charged with driving under the influence, according to E! News Online.

California Highway Patrol confirmed to the publication that officers arrested Bynes around 3 a.m. on Sunday. Officers charged her with a misdemeanor after police "determined she was under the influence of a controlled substance" while operating a vehicle.

Police then transported Bynes to a station in Van Nuys, Calif. where she was later released around noon the same day after posting $15,000 bail, according to TMZ.

Bynes first gained notoriety back in 2012 when police arrested her for allegedly hitting a stopped cop car in California. Four days later, Bynes was accused of hitting a different car then fleeing the scene, according to Entertainment Weekly.

In September of the same year, Bynes was pulled over again, this time for driving with a suspended license.

This is a developing story, please check back later for more.
