Celebrate The New NHL Season With The 15 Best Hockey Songs

The Tragically Hip may be helping kickoff this year's NHL hockey season with a free concert at Toronto's Yonge-Dundas Square before the Leafs vs Habs game, but the Kingston crew have been helping us kick off every hockey season since they wrote zamboni-rocking classics like "Fifty Mission Cap."

Of course, the Hip are hardly music's only hockey fans and many of their peers have also contributed hockey songs to the cannon.

And so here's a rocking soundtrack to the new hockey season that new Hockey Night in Canada host George Stroumboulopoulos would no doubt love.
