Lebron's Miami mansion for sale

Now that he's taken his talents back to Cleveland, LeBron James has put his Miami mansion on the market for a cool $17 million US.

According to the listing, the "King's palace," built in 2010 along Biscayne Bay, comes with more than 12,000 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, and eight and a half bathrooms.

You also get a guest house, "chef's kitchen," "sommelier's wine cellar," "custom theatre," "private master rooftop sun deck," and a "concrete dock for two 60-foot yachts," among other things.

Might want to hold off on that second yacht, though. The annual property taxes alone are north of $186,000.
