The fashion world is grieving over the loss of beloved designer Oscar de la Renta—who died Monday at 82—and even celebrities keenly felt his absence.
On Monday night, Jennifer Lawrence paid a subtle homage to the late red carpet dresser when she attended the Elle Women in Hollywood celebration wearing a beautiful white lace de la Renta frock from his spring 2015 collection.
JLaw paired the ivory dress with a black belt to give the ultra feminine look a bit of an edge, as well as a metallic clutch and black sandals.
The 25-year-old "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" star was at the event to honour women who have contributed to film, and honourees included Elizabeth Banks, Annette Bening, Brie Larson, Tina Fey, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Lange and Zoe Saldana.
