It's not really fashion week until the celebrities show up, right?
On Day 1 of World Mastercard Fashion Week a.k.a. Toronto Fashion Week on Monday, stylish attendees were buzzing about the news of surprise guest Solange Knowles at the Joe Fresh party, and when it was officially announced, mayhem broke out.
The singer walked the orange carpet ahead of the event wearing a leg-baring tan skirt with a high slit, a sparkly gold sweater, a green leather jacket and sandals. Beyonce's younger sis also posed with Joe Fresh creative director Joe Mimran, who also announced that the Canadian retailer was pulling the plug on their runway shows.
After strutting her stuff, the 28-year-old singer DJ'd in front of dozens of fashionistas who were probably anxious to rip off their heels and dance the night away.
