We pee every day and rarely think too much about it. But urinating is a pretty vital function.
You need to pee not only so your body can get rid of extra water, but also the waste products it no longer needs. The average adult pees four to seven times a day, according to CNN.
And though you may not want to peer too closely into the bowl, the colour and scent are also key. A dark colour or funky smell could mean something is wrong internally, and must be attended to as soon as possible.
Dark brown urine can mean problems with your liver, while blood can mean a urinary tract infection, according to the Mayo Clinic.
