Tina Fey Has Some Hilarious Modeling Advice

Tina Fey's Hilarious Modeling Advice

Tina Fey's not a model, but she definitely understands what it takes to pretend to be one.

The comedian/author/everyone's best friend covers Elle magazine's Women in Hollywood issue looking like she could take on Coco Rocha with her modeling skills.

Don't let her confidence on the cover fool you—it wasn't that difficult to get those poses out of her. In fact, she had some very sage (and hilarious) advice for Naomi Campbell wannabes: "Just turn your brain off and pretend like it makes sense for you to be there,” the former "30 Rock" star told People. Done and done!

Despite her lighthearted tip, the brunette beauty admitted that she had fun getting to dress up and getting her hair and makeup done.

"It kind of is for a while!” said the actress of having fun during the photo shoot. “Why not?”

Tina's transformation was shocking even for her kids, Alice and Penelope. "I think the day I did the shoot, I came home and just was immediately asked, ‘Why do you have so much makeup on?’ They get very suspicious if I have makeup on."

So, ladies and gents, this is what you might look like if you just turn off your brain for a little while (although we can't promise anything):
