Peel Regional Police say the man was struck on Hurontario Street, south of Highway 403, shortly after 1:30 p.m.
The man, who is believed to be in his 30s, was initially unconscious, but was revived and transported to a local hospital.
Police say he will be airlifted to a Toronto hospital.
The collision is under investigation.
