Remembrance Day ceremony in Vancouver

British Columbians will honour Canada's fallen soldiers, sailors and flyers during Remembrance Day events across the province Tuesday morning.

The sombre ceremonies will take on special significance this year, which marks the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the First World War and follows the recent killings of two Canadian soldiers in Ontario and Quebec.

In Vancouver, the ceremony and parade will take place at the cenotaph in Victory Square and will include a performance by the Vancouver Bach Youth Choir.

The ceremony will begin at 9:45 a.m. PT and will be live streamed here.
