Justin Bieber's Childhood Home Being Sold In Stratford (PHOTOS)

Justin Bieber's Childhood Home On The Market

At first glance, the home at 288 Willow Street in Stratford, Ont. seems just like any other. It has a brick exterior, attached garage and a "family-sized rec room" that will allow the whole family to come over for Christmas, according to a Re/Max listing.

But tell people that this is a house where Canadian pop star Justin Bieber grew up, and suddenly the realtor's phone just won't stop ringing.

Real estate agent Maria Walsh doesn't know how it emerged that Bieber once lived in the house, but she's fielded several inquiries from people who are interested in the home, QMI Agency said.

Bieber's grandparents, Diane and Bruce Dale, have the house on the market for $279,900.

The Dales don't live there anymore, but they have rented it out. It still manages to attract Beliebers who "squeal" at seeing his old bedroom, where a Toronto Maple Leafs border adorns the walls.

Bieber lived in the house with his mother, Pattie Mallette, who at the time they were there was saving to buy one herself, The Toronto Star reported.

The home has been on the market for two weeks and, though it has attracted plenty of interest, there haven't yet been any offers.

But Walsh expects that to change soon: "I think we priced it right so I would expect an offer in not too much longer."

She couldn't promise any items in Bieber's old room would come with the house, aside from the wallpaper.
