Ultra Cheap Asian Boys of Vancouver parodies ultra rich original

It's a spoof of an online reality show that few people actually watch, but Ultra Cheap Asian Boys of Vancouver is bringing a young filmmaker a little bit of fame.

The people behind Life of Bri launched the parody video this past weekend, with a promise to shine the light on the daily lives of young Asian men who save money eating at McDonalds, hanging out in arcades, and driving Honda Civics.

The show is a swipe at online reality show Ultra Rich Asian Girls - which follows the lives of daughters of wealthy Chinese-Canadians living in Vancouver.

The original show received a lot of hype, but has delivered little in the way of entertainment — the spoof has already attracted double the views of the latest episode of the web series.
