Fresh out of a coma, teen eager to play hockey again

Last weekend 13-year-old Ali Khaleghi was in a medically induced coma, having nearly died on the ice at a Toronto-area hockey rink. But today he was back on his feet, watching his North York Rangers from the stands and itching to get back in the game.

Khaleghi told CBC News he doesn't remember anything from last Friday, when his heart stopped after he took a puck to the chest. His survival and quick recovery are credited to quick use of a defibrillator.

He was released from hospital this week and says he could be back in the game next month.

"It feels great," he said.
