Pizza Hut Australia is basically breaking the food portion of the internet with its introduction of the Doritos Crunchy Crust Pizza — yes, a classic Pizza Hut pepperoni pizza made with a cheddar cheese Doritos nacho crust stuffed with mozzarella cheese. So, a lactose-intolerant person's basic nightmare.
Launched last week, the pizza will only be available for a limited time (in Australia, sorry folks), and spokesperson Fatima Syed says biting into the pizza isn't as loud as you may think.
The company seems to seriously believe in this product, though, and took it to the next level with an Apple-inspired press conference, highlighting the pizza in all its glory.
And as Pizza Hut in the U.S. launches a brand new menu featuring new sauces, more toppings and regularly updated crust flavours, we just have one question for them: When can Canada have a slice of this Doritos stuff?
