Kobe Bryant calls Lakers 'soft like Charmin'

Things got a little heated on the hardcourt Thursday when Los Angles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant lashed out at teammates with a trash-talking tirade during a practice scrimmage.

Bryant called his team "soft as Charmin" toilet paper saying he now understands why the team has lost so many games. The Lakers have had a dismal start to the season going 6-16.

As he left the court he lashed out at Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak complaining to him that he is supposed to practice and get better but his teammates aren't doing it for him.

After practice, Kobe downplayed his comments saying it was a normal practice for him and that challenging his teammates raises the intensity level.

A warning, the video contains explicit language.

Bryant's comments were tweeted out by ESPN writer Arash Markazi who attended the practice.

The people at Charmin are enjoying the publicity releasing a few tweets about Bryant's comments.
