Jasper Bus Crash Sends 21 To Hospital: Greyhound Canada

JASPER, Alta. - Greyhound Canada says 21 people were sent to hospital in Jasper, Alta., with mostly minor injuries after one of its buses drove off of a highway near the mountain resort community.

The injured included the driver and 20 passengers.

RCMP say they bus ended up in a ditch shortly before 6 a.m. Monday.

The bus was en route from Prince George, British Columbia, to Edmonton.

Greyhound says there were 35 customers on board and one driver.

Passengers who were not injured were transported to the town's fire hall to keep warm until another bus picked them up.

The cause of the crash is under investigation
