Man without vital signs found in Yonge-Dundas bus shelter

A man was found unconscious and without vital signs at a Toronto bus shelter early Tuesday on a night when temperatures dipped to minus double digits.

The man, believed to be in his 40s, was taken to hospital after he was found slumped in a bus shelter at Yonge-Dundas Square. Police tell CBC News the man was wearing only jeans and a T-shirt.

Police say the man was also wearing a hospital bracelet.

He was transported to St. Michael's Hospital. His condition is not known.
