Montreal weather update: Cold front sweeps across Quebec

Bundle up and plan for another frigid night in Montreal as a cold front continues its sweep across Quebec. 

It will be a colder-than-average evening as the temperature drops to -14C overnight. The average low for this time of year is -5. 

Add in the windchill, and it will feel like -38C on some parts of the island tonight.

An extreme cold warning has been issued for:

- Eastern Townships

- Laurentians

- Québec

- Mauricie

- Abitibi

- Drummondville - Bois-Francs

- Saguenay

- Gatineau

- Baie-Comeau

- Sept-Îles - Port-Cartier

- Chevery

- Blanc-Sablon

- Schefferville

Tomorrow, it will warm up to a chilly -13C before the snow starts to fall again in the evening.
