It doesn't get much easier for police.
Two alleged drug dealers have been arrested after one of them accidentally called a North Vancouver RCMP officer offering a deal on some weed.
The quick-thinking strike force officer agree to meet the unknown caller later in the day.
Police said the deal went down as planned, and then they moved in and arrested a 25-year-old male and 23-year-old female from Coquitlam, B.C.
A search of the pair's vehicle also turned up more marijuana, cocaine, heroin and methamphetamine.
Police are now recommending to Crown prosecutors that the pair, whose names have not been released, be charged with trafficking in marijuana and possession for the purpose of trafficking.
"It is not every day that drug dealers call us to do business with them," said Cpl. Richard De Jong in a statement released by the North Vancouver RCMP.
"I am sure they were as surprised as we were."
