We've seen plenty of wardrobe malfunctions on the red carpet but Lena Dunham had a fail-proof way to prevent her own mishap from happening.
The "Girls" star/creator walked the 2015 Golden Globes red carpet on Sunday wearing a red satin Zac Posen dress but not before she made sure that a Anne Hathaway moment wouldn't happen.
Earlier that day, Lena's "Girls" producer Jenni Konner shared a NSFW photo of the Golden Globe winner on Instagram, which showed Lena wearing nude nipple pasties, grey joggers and a bathrobe.
Konner captioned the pic, "#FREETHENIPPLE cover. @lenadunham."
Fortunately, the pasties paid off and Lena walked the red carpet without freeing the nipple. The 28-year-old author completed her look with a sleek bob, matching red shoes and crimson lips.
