Francesco Lagi and Michael Hazlewood have been named chefs-in-residence for 2015, the school said in a release.
Lagi, who honed his skills at many restaurants in the Florence area, joins students Jan. 20 through 24 from Villa Mangiacane, a 15th-century villa just south of the Italian city.
New Zealand-born Hazlewood, of Toasted Restaurant and Wine Shop in London, will cook dinner with students from Jan. 27 through 31.
The program gives students a chance to network with chefs who provide inspiration tied to the region they are from.
The not-for-profit school also announced it plans to hold its annual gala dinner and auction fundraiser on Feb. 22 at George Restaurant in Toronto.
