An adventurous llama is home safe after roaming the streets of Surrey, B.C. on Wednesday afternoon.

News1130’s traffic account tweeted the news, alerting commuters to the furry friend they were sharing the road with.

It wasn't a long escapade for the animal, though, as roughly half an hour later, this tweet followed:

Surrey RCMP also took to twitter to confirm that the llama, who was "attempting to flee from police," was now home safe "after some negotiation.”

A representative with Surrey RCMP was not available to comment on the situation Wednesday evening, so the whereabouts of the cow are still unknown.
