Rain continues to come down hard on Metro Vancouver, and the storm has taken its toll on North Shore mountains.
The downhill area of Cypress Mountain is now closed for the day due to the rain, while Grouse Mountain and Mount Seymour are on standby. People are advised to keep checking the mountain websites for updates.
And there's heavy rain on ground level, too, causing flooding in some areas and prompting reminders for people to move about with extra caution.

The rainfall warning remains in effect, with things expected to taper off as the weekend progresses.
