Passenger train hits stalled snowplow in Mont-St-Hilaire

Passenger train service from Mont-St-Hilaire to Montreal stopped during morning rush hour after a train hit a snowplow stalled on the tracks.

A spokesperson with the AMT commuter train service said the Montreal-bound train stopped after smashing into the snowplow.

No one was injured and the train was not seriously damaged.

The train continued to Montreal, arriving 30 minutes late.
