When you got married or settled into a long-term relationship, did you decide to give up masturbation forever? Or is self-love something you still enjoy from time to time?

In a HuffPost Live segment last weekend, host Ricky Camilleri asked a variety of panelists to comment on whether or not masturbating when you're married (and we assume, in any committed relationship) is healthy, or if it's verboten.

Despite coming across to some like a selfish act, masturbation can actually be beneficial to a sexual relationship, according to Everyday Health, including becoming more familiar with your desires and giving your partner the opportunity to give you more pleasure.

"The more you come, you more you want to come," as writer Jenny Block puts it in the video above.
