Montreal AMT train lines up and running by tomorrow

The AMT has confirmed that all its commuter-train lines will be up and running by tomorrow morning.

The 19,000 Montreal commuters who use the Vaudreuil-Hudson, St-Jérôme and Candiac lines can breathe more easily knowing the trains will be back after a one-day strike by CP workers.

Earlier on Monday, the two sides of the labour dispute agreed to mediated arbitration, though there was confusion over whether the AMT lines would be back by Tuesday morning, because the union and CP needed to negotiate back to work protocol.
