Pedestrian struck and killed near Dundas and Sherbourne

Toronto police are seeking a luxury sedan with front-end damage following an alleged hit-and-run accident that killed a woman early Wednesday morning.

Police say Suzanne Pac, 58, was struck around 1:30 a.m. near Dundas and Sherbourne streets.

Paramedics say the woman was pronounced dead shortly after being taken to a trauma centre.

Police say the driver failed to remain at the site of the collision and are seeking a four-door, graphite lustre metallic Acura TL (2012-2014) with front-end damage.

The intersection was closed earlier Wednesday morning for the investigation, but has since reopened.
