Montreal police look for suspects after stabbing in Saint-Leonard

A man in his 20s is in hospital after he was stabbed in the stomach during a fight in Montreal's north end borough of Saint-Leonard.

Montreal police were called to Louis-Sicard Street Monday just after 7 p.m.

Police said a fight broke out, and as things escalated a man was stabbed.

The victim was transported to hospital and is expected to survive.

By the time officers arrived on the scene, the suspects had already fled. Police said they don't know how many suspects they are looking for.
