Quebec National Assembly bomb scare over

Public access has been restored to Quebec's National Assembly after security officials confirmed they have received a bomb threat.

Provincial police confirmed it was investigating the threat received shortly before 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.

The National Assembly was not evacuated, but access to the building and the grounds was restricted.

Access was restored 30 to 45 minutes later.
