François Thériault pleads guilty to perjury, fraud, breach of trust

François Thériault, a site supervisor who worked for the City of Montreal, has pleaded guilty to charges of fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and breach of trust.

He also pleaded guilty to perjury, admitting to lying under oath at the Charbonneau Commission in 2012.

Although he hasn’t been sentenced yet, he’s facing a 12 year jail term and must pay a fine of $30,000.
