Trump Tower window pane crashes down in downtown Vancouver

A window pane that was being installed at the Trump Tower building in downtown Vancouver smashed to the ground Tuesday afternoon after workers lost control of the glass.

There have been no reports of injuries yet and the debris has been cleaned.

The City of Vancouver said it has issued a stop work order and a building inspector is on site conducting an investigation.

Traffic was closed briefly between Bute and Thurlow but reopened in time for rush hour.
