Plus-size models are finally getting the attention they deserve, thanks in part to Nadia Aboulhosn.

The 26-year-old model, who's a size 16, is making headlines (and turning heads) thanks to her successful foray into the fashion world, including her new job as the designer and face of Boohoo's upcoming plus-size line, BoohooPLUS

Nadia, who is part Lebanese and part American, started getting noticed in 2010 when she launched her eponymous fashion blog, and she hasn't looked back.

Since then, the brunette stunner has appeared in Lucky magazine, Vogue Italia, Marie Claire UK and Addition Elle, among others.

She's now one of the most sought-after plus-size models and has more than 209,000 Instagram followers.

Her Boohoo collection, which hits stores in the UK and online on March 23, is made up of 20 pieces designed by the model and "is inspired by [her] personal style: minimal androgynous with a touch of glamour. It's all about body confidence and feeling strong in what you wear," she said.

It's also obvious that all women can relate to her. "I take pictures of me going to McDonalds," she told The Telegraph. "I make it a point to show I'm still eating oodles of noodles. I think that's why people can relate to me." (We're in love!)

Nadia is part of an ever-growing group of plus-size models who are slowly but surely changing the face of fashion. Ashley Graham and Robyn Lawley both made history appearing in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2015 issue and Tess Munster made waves in the industry by becoming the first model of her size to land a major agency contract.
