St-Lazare school bus accident injures 2 children

Two children were taken to hospital with minor injuries late Friday morning after a school bus and a vehicle collided at a St-Lazare intersection.

The incident happened just before noon at a stop sign at the corner of Cité-des-Jeunes Highway and St-Dominique Road.

An eyewitness said about five ambulances attended to the scene.

Provincial police Sgt. Ingrid Asselin said those who were hospitalized experienced only minor injuries. Four other children were treated on the scene but were not hospitalized.
