Now this is how you rock a little black dress.
Angelina Jolie looked chic and lovely in Versus Versace at the 2015 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards on Saturday night. This was the 39-year-old's first public appearance since she revealed she'd had surgery to have her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed as a preventative measure against cancer.
The black silk dress from Versace's diffusion line featured a V-neckline with gold metallic spaghetti straps and gold studs. The "Unbroken" director opted to wear a longer version of the dress, which was originally seen on the spring 2015 VV runway. We think it was the perfect choice for the occasion.
The award-winning actress kept her makeup to a minimum, save for a cat eye and a glossy pink lip, and she kept her brunette locks down. She finished off the look with a pair of Versus Versace black leather sandals and Sydney Evan fine jewelry.
Also at the awards show were Angelina's daughters, Shiloh, who wore a grey hoodie and khaki bermuda shorts, and Zahara, who sported a cozy white sweater and black jeans. The girls gave their mom a big hug just before she went up to accept her award for Favorite Villain for her role in "Maleficent."
