Guevera Wilson Clorina Pleads Guilty To Killing Cousin's Wife, 5-Year-Old Son

He was also convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.

CALGARY - A Calgary man has admitted to killing his cousin’s wife and her son two years ago.

Chona Manzano, who is 35, and five-year-old Gabriel were found stabbed to death at a home after a neighbour called 911 in May 2013.

Neighbours described to police a vehicle seen leaving the northwest Calgary home.

That vehicle was stopped by RCMP in Didsbury.

Wilson Guevara Clorina pleaded guilty today to first-degree murder of five-year-old Gabrial and second-degree murder of Chona.

He also admitted to one count of sexual touching involving an underage girl.

The Crown and defence have made a joint submission for a consecutive term which would mean Clorina would have no parole eligibility for at least 35 years.
