RCMP charge two Albertans with first-degree murder in death of Calgary man

CALGARY - Two Albertans have been charged with murder in the beating death and disappearance of a Calgary man.Nicholas Lush, who was 32, was reported missing March 29 after leaving a house party.Police say a witness saw two men beating a third man outside of a vehicle that was parked on Highway 1 near Cochrane, Alta.Two men were later arrested in Cranbrook, B.C.Cody Bauer, who is 24, and Kristopher Goerzen, who is 22, have been charged with first-degree murder and are to appear in court later this month.RCMP say they have not recovered Lush's body.
