The page is in response to recommendations that emerged from a high-level safety conference held by the United Nations agency in Montreal in February.
ICAO says it will provide up-to-date news on potential risks to civil aviation from armed conflicts around the world.
The agency has already received information from the U.K. about five member states — Libya, Yemen, South Sudan, Egypt and Iraq.
But before the information is published Tuesday, it will be reviewed by the five states.
ICAO says it will post any objections to what has been submitted.
The page is undergoing a one-year evaluation period that was agreed to through ICAO's governing council.
