MONTREAL - Max Pacioretty is returning to the Montreal Canadiens lineup while Ottawa Senators forward Mark Stone is also in for Game 2 of their Eastern Conference playoff series Friday night.
Stone is playing despite being diagnosed with a microfracture and ligament damage in his right wrist on Thursday.
Pacioretty, Montreal's leading scorer this season, suffered a concussion in the third-last game of the regular season but participated in Friday morning's game-day skate.
Forward Pierre-Alexandre Parenteau is missing Friday's game with an upper body injury.
Pacioretty led the Canadiens with 37 goals and 67 points this season. He was also a key penalty killer and led the NHL at plus-38.
The Canadiens won the series opener 4-3 on Wednesday night.
Stone was injured in Game 1 when he took a slash from Montreal defenceman P.K. Subban in the second period. Subban received a major penalty for the slash and was ejected.
