Saskatchewan woman broke up with boyfriend before murder-suicide

TISDALE, Sask. - A friend of a woman killed with her three children in Saskatchewan says she had split with her boyfriend just before the attack.Amanda Henderson says she spoke with Latasha Gosling on Monday, and Gosling told her she had broken up with her boyfriend.Henderson says Gosling found out that Steve O'Shaughnessy had cheated on her with another woman.Mounties found the bodies of Gosling and her three children early Wednesday in their mobile home in the town of Tisdale, northeast of Saskatoon.O'Shaughnessy took his six-month-old baby girl from the trailer, drove to Prince Albert and killed himself in a home there.The baby was found unharmed.A relative of Gosling says O'Shaughnessy took photos of his victims and sent copies to the cellphone of the children's biological father.O'Shaughnessy's family says he suffered from mental health problems but had no history of violence.
