Windsor police say they've identified 23 complainants — 16 of them between the ages of 10 and 16 years old — who are from around the world.
The Internet Child Exploitation Unit began investigating Daniel Nickolson, 48, in June last year and charged him with two child porn offences.
After combing through online chat messages, photos and videos on Nickolson's computer, the suspect was charged with 21 additional counts between July and August last year.
On Wednesday, police laid an additional 63 charges against Nickolson, bringing the total number of charges to 86.
The charges include extortion, luring, distributing, accessing and possessing child porn and invitation to sexual touching.
He's also been charged with making child pornography, uttering threats, invitation to sexual touching, making sexually explicit material available to a child and agreement or arrangement for sexual offence against a child.
The suspect has remained in custody since his arrest last year on the allegations.
