Police say sex offender who targeted children moving to Delta, B.C.

DELTA, B.C. - Police say a high-risk sex offender who has targeted children is moving to Delta, B.C.Officers say 40-year-old James Conway has a criminal history including sexual assault and arson damaging property.BC Corrections describes Conway as a predator who has maintained a pattern of sexual offences against young girls.Acting Sgt. Sarah Swallow says Conway has now been released from custody under a number of court-ordered conditions and is under house arrest.She says Conway will be monitored and is not allowed to leave his home unless he is accompanied by a case worker.His 24 conditions include not wearing any uniforms, including police, firefighter and security uniforms, or any patch or insignia that represents these occupations.
