Remember that time when you were on Pinterest late at night and you saw that simple step-by-step image showing you how to make a no-fuss mug brownie? Yes, we've all been there.

But instead of throwing flour, cocoa and water into a mug and making a not-so-appetizing gooey mess, we'll show you how to do it the right way.

In the Rachael Ray video above, Chef Ryan Scott teaches one late-night snacker how to fix her brownie blunder with a few tweaks to the original recipe and one special ingredient. The result? A warm gooey molten brownie ready in minutes!

What You'll Need:

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon olive oil (one that's not too strong is better)

1 1/2 tablespoons water, at room temp

1 egg
