CALGARY - A Calgary jewelry store owner has been accused of selling stolen property.
Police say they got information that items stolen from homes in Cochrane, Alta., were at a jewelry store in Calgary.
The stolen coins, jewelry and other items are valued at about $20,000.
Trung Van Nguyen, who is 57, of Calgary, is charged with trafficking and possession of stolen property.
Police remind business owners that when purchasing second-hand property, they are required to keep specific records, including personal information of who sold them the property.
