Well, here's one way to celebrate freedom!
On Monday, May 25, (Memorial Day, in the US), Lena Dunham shared a snap of herself clad in lacy lingerie with her followers on Instagram. The "Girls" creator captioned the photo, "Love my @lonelylingerie and I think I will wear it to dinner with some boots & a smile because we're all very lucky to be free."
The actress looks confident in the image, as she should, which was taken in her bathroom. Her cropped locks are slicked back and she seems to be sans makeup. She also shared a snap of beau, Jack Antonoff's, holiday attire, which consisted of a more covered up ensemble of black pants, a black tee, brown blazer, and a medal around his neck.
But of course, Dunham is no stranger to showing off her body. The writer and director is often seen in her birthday suit on "Girls," which continues to be a major topic of discussion surrounding the HBO show.
