Survey Says Skinny Jeans Make You Happier (VIDEO)

Flares may be on trend, but you might want to hold on to your skinnies!

Flared jeans may be all the rage right now, but you may not want to ditch those skinnies just yet.

According to a recent study by Qualtrics, women who wear skinny jeans are more likely to report higher levels of happiness and confidence than their non-skinny jeans wearing counterparts. All that makes sense -- it does take a certain level of confidence to show off your body, especially if it's not something you're used to doing.

The study also includes some more random-seeming factoids, such as the fact that airplane aisle sitters are more likely to wear skinny jeans than window sitters. Apple computer users are also less likely to wear the tight-fitting jeans than PC users, which is actually kind of surprising to us. Oh, and apparently people who wear skinny jeans are less likely to recycle. Interesting...

For more details, watch the video above. You can also check out Qualtrics' own video about the subject on their YouTube page.
