Miley Cyrus wears her heart on her sleeve -- and all over her body, too!
On Tuesday evening, the 22-year-old pop star attended the amfAR Inspiration Gala in New York looking like a modern day Old Hollywood siren.
For the occasion, the Happy Hippie Foundation founder donned a red strapless Jeremy Scott gown, which featured red sequin hearts and a giant bow at the back. Long red evening gloves and a sequinned clutch added to the Jessica Rabbit-style ensemble, while a pair of Doc Martens emblazoned with more hearts gave the look some edge.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer, who was honoured at the gala for her contributions to the fight against AIDS, styled her short tresses in an pompadour-mohawk hybrid with braids along the side. Red lips and glitter eyeshadow completed her beauty look.
Accompanying the songstress to the event were parents Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus and photographer, poet and former contestant on Oxygen's "The Glee Project," Tyler Ford. Miley introduced her fans to Tyler via Instagram earlier in the day, writing, "Meet Tyler (@tywrent), a 24 year old living in New York City, and my date for @amfar tonight!!! Tyler is a queer, biracial, agender person, whose pronouns are they/them/theirs."
Ford is part of Cyrus' recently-launched gender awareness campaign on Instagram, which was set up "to share the stories of transgender and gender expansive people from around the country."
Like we said, big heart! Love you, Miley!
