Kanye West Will Be Closing The 2015 Pan Am Games In Toronto

Kanye joins the stage with two other huge stars.

Kanye West will be taking over the closing ceremonies for the 2015 Pan Am Games.

After several rumours swirling around social media sites overnight — thanks to Canadian basketball player and current Minnesota Timberwolves power forward Anthony Bennett — the 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games officially confirmed the rapper's appearance on Twitter on Wednesday.

The 38-year-old songwriter and fashion designer will be also be joined by rapper Pit Bull and Canadian singer Serena Ryder, according to a Pan Am press conference.

And for Kanye lovers and haters, this has left mixed (and some hilarious) feelings on Twitter.

Tickets, which are still available, start at $95 and go up to $200. The closing ceremonies will take place on Sunday July, 26 at the Rogers Centre.

Ricky Martin closed the last Pan Am Games in 2011 in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Now we're only hoping there's a Kanye-Drake collaboration at some point during the show, along with an appearance from Pachi the mascot. Epic.
