Viral Videos And Social Media Are Getting Teenagers Arrested

Are teenagers using social media safely?

A string of criminal cases has been identified in a recent video by BuzzFeed. Each of the crimes share something in common: the main evidence against the accused was cell phone footage that went viral online.

It's been easier for people to connect since the evolution of social media began, but so is it now to pass judgement on just about everything and anything.

Were teenagers always committing as much "crime?" Or are viral videos and social media forcing the strong arm of the law on them to act on these cases?
