There's no denying the convenience of city living. But nature lovers agree most cities feel like they are seriously lacking green space.

And if flying is out of the question, you're in luck. Canada is featured twice on the list with city parks from both the east and west coasts. But if that still doesn't work for you, you can always just spend a few minutes in your own backyard. Parks Canada reports that Canadians are currently spending 90 per cent of their time indoors, despite the fact that nature has been known to have profound mental and physical health benefits.
