Chrissy Teigen Embraces Her Stretch Marks In New Samsung Commercial

"Whatever, I've earned my tiger stripes."

Chrissy Teigen has proven once again why she's one of our favourite body-positive role models.

The 29-year-old model stars in a Samsung commercial that showcases the new Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 edge+. Teigen is trying to decide between the two phones in the commercial, in which she references the times she's been censored on social media for posting nude photos of herself, and also gives her stretch marks some love.

"This one is so HD, and it's big," she says of the S6 edge+. "You can see everything, even my stretch marks," she says, zooming in on her thighs in a picture.

"Whatever, I've earned my tiger stripes," she adds, "Where's my wine?" Love it!

This isn't the first time the Sports Illustrated cover gal has made a body positive statement. Back in 2013, she shared a close up of her "tiger stripes" on Instagram with the caption, "Hi thigh stretchies I hate you but you are mine so I'll accept you." And in April, she shared a photo on Instagram of her bruised thighs and stretch marks with the caption, "Bruises from bumping kitchen drawer handles for a week. Stretchies say hi!"

And shortly after, she vowed never to Photoshop her Instagram photos again. She even posed nude and un-Photoshopped for the cover of Women's Health UK's September 2015 Naked Issue.

In an interview with Mashable about the cover, Teigen admitted she does have her insecurities, but spoke about the importance of showing women with all of their imperfections:

"I think it's extra important right now to show a woman not wholly retouched," she said. "It's becoming the norm for people to have this butt that's been plucked and pulled, and these boobs from somewhere else. It's not normal. I think it's our responsibility as women to show our flaws and how we're far from perfect."

We hope to see more stars follow suit. Watch the commercial above and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
