This would make any parent angry.

This is something no parent wants to see and no woman wants to deal with.

In a new video by storytelling network The Scene, the site brought in three father-daughter pairs and asked the fathers to watch footage of their daughters being catcalled on the streets of New York City. From comments about their eyes to their bodies to even being followed, angry fathers had a lot to say about being respectful to women in general.

The video notes at least 96 per cent of women in the United States under 40 experienced street harassment in the last year, and 71 of respondents in another study for Cornell University say they've been followed. We can only assume the results are quite similar here.

Last month, Cosmopolitan also released a similar video of boyfriends reacting to footage of their girlfriends being harassed on city streets. The results? The same feelings of anger, helplessness and the wish for it to stop altogether.
